We are qualified to HND level in horticulture, landscape & design.     We carry public liability insurance.     In the unlikely event you have a problem we will come straight back and make it right.     Please inform neighbours we are coming. We work in a tidy manner but landscaping creates disruption during the project. We always clean up afterwards.     A copy of a risk assessment will be provided on request.     We require access to electric power & water. This keeps down the cost to you if we don't have to bring it in.     When materials arrive on site they become your property for insurance purposes. Title to goods remains with us until payment is received.     Payment is usually requested in 3 stages     - 1st payment when materials arrive on site   - 2nd payment half way through the project   - Final payment when work is completed to your satisfaction   We are not currently VAT registered in order to reduce the cost of our services to you     If you have concerns at anytime during the project we welcome you telling us so we can act swiftly to put your mind at ease.
