We will run the entire project or work closely with you or other professionals involved on your behalf.     In the vast majority of cases we will give you a definite price for the entire project before any commitment is made by you. Alternatively a day rate and known material costs can be agreed up front.     We provide an estimated project time and normally complete within this. We keep you informed of any delays as soon as we see them for things such as weather, changes to original designs and unforeseen occurrences     We put you first throughout the project and welcome your questions and views at any time.     Our aim is for you to be happy and tell others how good we are.
